Two Delicious Ways To Enjoy Your Energy Tea

Feeling tired, sluggish, or with brain fog throughout the day?

You’re not alone. Fatigue is an extremely common problem that holds us back from living our best lives.

The good news is, you don’t have to rely on coffee or sugary snacks to bring your energy back (really).

If you want sustained energy and mental clarity, an energizing tea blend might be just what you need.

Sip your energy back

Separately, green tea, yerba mate, or ginseng can give your energy levels a boost, but together they can supercharge you. These extraordinary herbs have been used for centuries for their energizing properties, and modern research confirms their metabolism-boosting benefits.

We combined these stimulating plants into our flavorful Organic Metabolic Energy Tea so you can improve your energy levels, enjoy mental clarity throughout the day and increase calorie burn.

And the best part?

You can enjoy this energizing blend either hot or cold. Here’s how:

1. Savor a warm cup of tea

A hot cup of stimulating tea is perfect for those early mornings when you’re getting ready to dominate the day.

Here’s how to make a perfect brew that tastes and smells delicious:

Water quantity: 6-8 ounces per tea bag

Six ounces is the sweet spot to enjoy a balanced flavor. It’s important to use fresh water for a tastier tea. Don’t reuse any water left in your kettle.

Water temperature: 160-175°F

Green tea, yerba mate, and ginseng give out their best flavor at a water temperature between 160-175°F. This is just below boiling point. If you don’t have a thermometer to measure the exact temperature, turn the kettle off just before the water reaches boiling point, or boil it and let it cool down for 4-5 minutes.

Brew time: 1 minute

Smaller leaves infuse faster than larger leaves. Since the leaves in our metabolic blend are small, let the tea steep for just one minute, taste it, and if you feel it needs more flavor, steep it 30 seconds more. To avoid getting a bitter flavor, don’t steep it longer than 2 minutes.

2. Enjoy a refreshing iced tea

The hot summer days call for refreshments, and what better way to cool down than with a tasty cold brew tea?

Here’s how to make it:

Since cold brew tea needs to be steeped for several hours, it’s best that you make a big batch. Add four tea bags to one liter to enjoy four cups of tea.
