Blueberry Coconut Shake

Eating well and staying hydrated is essential in the summertime. We find ourselves craving fresh produce and water all day long. What better go-to than a smoothie? Smoothies are quick and easy, on-the-go snacks. Make it a meal replacement by adding protein powder. We promise this shake will be filling, satisfying and of course, YUMMY! This may be our favorite fruit combination yet. Follow along!

What you will need:

-Handful of frozen blueberries

-Handful of fresh blueberries

-Handful of frozen coconut chunks

-Coconut chips or flakes

-1 banana

– 1 1/2 – 2 cups of almond coconut milk

 

Instructions:

-Pour all liquids in the blender first. Follow with the frozen blueberries and coconut chunks. Next, add in the banana. Make sure to break it up before placing in the blender.

-Blend until smoothie.

-Pour and serve in your favorite serving glasses.

-Top with fresh blueberries and coconut chips or flakes.

-Enjoy!
