Healthy Snack that Tastes Delicious!
Nothing is much better than fresh fruit in the summertime! I mean, who doesn’t love biting into a juicy berry during these warm months? If you are anything like me, you love eating healthy but you also love to indulge a bit when it comes to sweets.
Well, today my friends I will give you a genius recipe that will be a crowd favorite at any get together! Today on the blog, we are going to be making Strawberry Kiwi Bark, without all the sugar that comes along with chocolate. We will be substituting the chocolate with Greek yogurt!
Ingredients that you will need:
-Vanilla Greek Yogurt
We used about half a bucket of vanilla Greek yogurt for our base.
Cover your baking sheet with wax paper, and begin to pour on the Greek yogurt. Spread evenly.
Go ahead and slice up all your fruits. Feel free to add or subtract any sort of fruits you would like! There is plenty of room for creativity!
Once sliced, begin to place the fruit all over the Greek yogurt base.
Ta-Da! Now place the tray in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Once frozen, break apart in random pieces. Serve chilled! We find it best to place the frozen Greek yogurt bark on a chilled plate. Keep stored in freezer unless serving immediately.
