Do-It-Yourself Lavender-Rosemary Yoga Mist

Aromatherapy comes with too many benefits to count. It can totally change your state of mind, the way you’re feeling and the general balance of your body. Using essential oils such as lavender and rosemary will boost you in the right direction and keep you cool, calm, and collected.

Today on the blog, I am going to share with you an incredible yoga mist that will heighten your yoga experience. While any form of exercise will benefit the body and mind, yoga reaches within the core being of who you are. We have created the perfect pairing for your practice. Not only can you utilize this lavender-rosemary mist during your yoga flow, but also at home on a regular basis!

Here is what you will need:

  1. 2 oz squirt bottle
  2. 1 tsp of lavender essential oil
  3. 1/2 tsp of rosemary essential oil
  4. 1/4 cups of filtered water

Begin by pouring the filtered water into the squirt bottle.

Next, one by one, begin to pour both the lavender and rosemary oil into the bottle.

Shake it up and you’re good to go!

Try bringing your DIY yoga mist along to enhance your yoga practice!

By spritzing this mixture onto your mat, it allows your body to take in all the oils. You can even put a little spray or two on your wrists or in your hair! Perfect to use during the “cool down” part of your yoga flow.
