Healthy No Bake Energy Bites
Here is what you will need:
- Protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- Quick oats
- Crunchy peanut butter
- Chia seeds
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
Step #1: Start with the dry ingredients first. In go the oats.
Step #2: Next, add in the protein powder.
Step #3: Now add the wet ingredients: peanut butter, chia seeds and honey.
Step #4: Mix all together until the ingredients marry one another.
Step #5: Take big pinches of the mixture with your fingers and form into bite size balls.
Step #6: Once you have formed all of them, place into a bin and store in the fridge.
Yum! Enjoy your no bake energy bites at any time of the day!
