What You Need (ingredients)

  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 cups rolled oatspinch of salt
  • ½ cup coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ⅔ cup dried apricots, chopped
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped

What To Do (directions)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix whisk together the bananas, apple sauce, pumpkin puree, agave syrup, milk and vanilla extract.
  3. To it add the remainder of the ingredients and mix using a big wooden spoon. Pour in a ungreased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. I sprinkled the top with additional sliced almonds, but this step is optional.
  4. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until just golden brown.
  5. Cut into 15 squares and serve.

    Those are pancake recipe ingredients for the oat bars. Can we get the oat bar ingredients and directions. They look and sound delish.
