DIY Teatox Air Freshener

Who else loves all things smell-good? I sure do! I am always collecting new candles and oils to burn in my house year round. Sometimes, it’s even more thrilling to make your very own though! So we were thinking… hmm what scent should we do? Then it hit us, the Fit Life Tea Teatox smells SO good! As you can probably guess, one thing lead to another and we decided to make an air-freshener incorporating the Teatox Tea! We were absolutely PUMPED to get this thing in the making, and let me tell ya it is now my favorite thing to smell my room up with!

Here is what you will need:

  1. Fit Life Teatox Tea
  2. Mini mason jars
  3. 1 oz of your favorite essential oil (that would pair well with the teatox fragrance)
  4. 4-6 tablespoons of baking soda
  5. Decorative parchment paper or felt

DIY Teatox Air Freshener

Go ahead and put the 4-6 tablespoons of baking soda in the mason jar first. Basically fill it up about half way.

Now add about 1 oz. of the essential oil. Mix together. It should become a pasty consistency.

The last ingredient will be the teatox tea. Cut open one tea bag and dump on top of the mixture. You can either leave it sitting on top or mix it in–your choice! It looks pretty either way. :)

Next, take the lid of the mason jar and remove the center of it. Then, grab your parchment paper and cut around the shape of the lid.

Place the paper cutout in the top of the lid. Screw lid back on the jar.

How pretty?! AND smells soo wonderful!
