Vegan Valentine’s Day Bowl

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, it can be tempting to indulge in a few too many treats. Trust me, we are right there with ya! Today, we want to help ease the sweet tooth with this delicious raspberry smoothie bowl! This is a great alternative to any bad sugars that may be taunting you all day. 1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter

2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries. Feel free to throw in a few strawberries also. (yum!)


Suggested toppings:

Raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut chips or shavings, bananas, dark chocolate or nuts and seeds.
